Morpheus Limited Warranty

  • 1. This is a Non-transferable Warranty, and applies only to the original owner. It warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
  • 2. Any unit sold as a second, damaged product, scratch & dent, old store stock, rental unit, will NOT be covered under the Morpheus warranty.
  • 3. The warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase, with the following exceptions:
    • a. The product has been damaged through physical or electrical misuse or mishandling.
    • b. The product has been modified, altered or repaired outside of an authorized Morpheus repair facility.
  • 4. Morpheus' liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing defective materials that show evidence of defect within the warrantyperiod, provided the product is returned to Morpheus with a Return Authorization Number obtained from Morpheus and a copy of the sales receipt,where all parts and labor will be covered. Any such repair or replacement does not extend the warranty. Neither Morpheus nor XP Audio, Inc. shall be liable for any consequential damage as a result of the product's use in any circuit or assembly.
  • 5. Proof-of-purchase is considered to be the burden of the consumer.

  • 7. Morpheus reserves the right to make changes in design, or make additions to or improvements upon this product without incurring any obligation to install the same on units previously manufactured.
  • 8. The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and Morpheus neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume any obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product. In no event shall Morpheus or its dealers be liable for special or consequential damages or from any delay in the performance of this warranty due to causes beyond their control.

Some information contained on our web site or in a Morpheus product owner's manual may also be inaccurate due to undocumented changes in the product or operating system since the latest version of the manual was completed. The information contained in the latest version of the owner's manual supersedes all previous versions.
